• Le Fort I involves tooth bearing maxilla.
• Le Fort II involves maxilla, nasal bones and medial aspects of orbits.
• Le Fort III involves maxilla, nasal bones, vomer, ethmoids and small bones of skull base (The face is separated from the skull base).
